• Work to continuously improve upon the ICE annual conference experience.
• Deliver a meaningful agenda that provides benefit to the diverse cross section of member companies and other non-member meeting attendees.
• Inject innovative ideas and new approaches to best respond to the evolving needs, technology interests and business challenges of all conference attendees.
• Enhance the conference experience of ICE exhibitor partners to maximize on the business return of their investment in the ICE associations annual event.
• Guarantee a welcoming environment for any new ICE members or first time conference attendee.
• Actively solicit the feedback of the ICE membership and Board of Directors to provide incremental improvement to each successive conference event.
• Ensure that the ICE organization is presented in the most professional manner possible through the preparation and ultimate presentation of all conference related communications and planning related material.
• Respond to various logistical aspects of the conference event including conference registration, set up, audio visual requirements, networking event coordination and post conference clean up.
• Work closely with ICEs Executive Director to insure that meeting activities, schedules, meeting room requirements and events are properly coordinated and accounted for in the hotel agreement.
• Achieve, as a conference outcome, a strengthened spirit of networking and business partnership throughout the ICE membership and service provider/partner community.
