The ICE Education Committee developed curricula for member companies to support the professional development of their employees.
The committee developed courses for an ICE Certification and ICE Associate designation. Course requirements were divided into two designations, the Certification program and the Associate Designation. Both programs require the employee to complete (2) required and (2) elective courses from the Insurance, Finance, and Business Skill categories.
ICE issues a certificate to the member company to present to their employee. The certificates are recognized and valued within the insurance industry.
