Featured Speaker (General Session*) - Yoram Solomon, “Can I Trust You?”
The answer to this question has the biggest impact on your personal and professional success or failure: Can I TRUST You? In this presentation, Trust researcher, author of The Book of Trust, and host of The Trust Show podcast will break down what trust is and, hold on to your seats, it’s not what you thought it was. You have been told that certain things would cause people to trust you. However, the same things that will cause one person to trust you might cause another person to distrust you. Why? Because trust is relative. Dr. Solomon will explain trust through the 8 laws of trust he observed over more than a decade and show why your trustworthiness is the building block of trust.

In this session, Yoram will review his trustworthy model that includes what you do when you interact with people you want to be trusted by, and who you are when you don’t interact with them. This session will identify one relationship to work on and focus on what is holding you back from being more trusted in your relationships.

- "Ding Happens - How to Improvise, Adapt and Innovate in an Ever-Changing World” - Avish Parashar
You don’t want to miss this high-energy, interactive and funny presentation! Improv comedy sets the stage for an experience you won’t soon forget! If recent events have taught us anything, it's that the only constant in the world is change. Some people respond to it well, and some struggle. As the world returns to "normal," the success of your organization is directly related to how quickly and effectively your people accept, embrace, and find opportunity in the change. Avish uses humor and interaction to shift your thinking from resistance to acceptance (and beyond...).
